What you need to know:

  • Classes begin at 6pm and end at 8 pm unless otherwise noted.
  • Classes include beverages, dessert and expert discussion, including both demonstration and hands-on components, as well as periods of extended standing, some lifting and physical activity.
  • Classes take place inside an active commercial kitchen, and participants must adhere to health and safety standards, as instructed by the chef.
  • Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend this class for adults, however responsible young people are welcome!

If you've ever tried and failed to make French macarons, don't despair, you're not alone!  These delicious delicacies are some of the most challenging morsels you'll ever try to bake, but in this class, chef Rebekah Pearse's expertise (creator of many failed batches of her own) will be all yours as you work your way through every single stage of macaron making, from choosing ingredients, scaling and mixing, shaping, baking and filling, we'll cover it all!
