Classes

What you need to know:

• Classes begin at 6pm and end at 8 pm unless otherwise noted.
• Classes include beverages, dessert and expert discussion, including both demonstration and hands-on components, as well as periods of extended standing, some lifting and physical activity.
• Classes take place inside an active commercial kitchen, and participants must adhere to health and safety standards, as instructed by the chef.
• Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend this class for adults, however responsible young people are welcome!

Get a jump on the holiday season!  Spend two hours in the kitchen with Chef Rebekah Pearse absorbing all her secrets for making your holiday baking easier and better than ever!

We'll roll out sugar cookies, make shortbread and yes, those famous gingerbears!  Learn about our famous fruitcake, and chat about the highs and lows of keeping family and friends fed during the holidays.

When it's all said-and-done, you go home with all the cookies you made, full recipes, and a new set of baking tips and tricks.

Serious bakers welcome but not required!
